GIG : Classic Grand, Glasgow 11th September 2009

We're playing a wee impromptu show in Glasgow on Friday September 11th. We didnt have any gigs planned, but the guys from The Ocean Fracture recommended us, which is pretty damn cool of them!

We are currently working on new material and beginning to book dates for our delayed tour of England in late November/early December.

Here's the setlist we'll be performing on the night:

That's two brand new songs, and 4 cuts from our album for less than the price of 2 pints. Plus 2 more bands! You know it's all good.

We were all set for a couple of months of studio-based tomfoolery, but we have been asked to play the following:

Diageo / Johnnie Walker Protest Rally in Kilmarnock

We left nice and early, making sure we had plenty of time to soundcheck before the 20,000 odd protestors arrived for the march. But we didn't count on all our get getting locked in the van, a mere 20 yards from the stage.

THIS FRIDAY IN KILMARNOCK!

YAK bassman Stef will be spinning the wheels of plastic at Kilmarnock's Monkey Bar this Friday night (7th August) from 9pm at the EP Music Battle of the Bands.

He promises a completely self-indulgent array of modern indie to tickle your senses.
